Do you sell both new and used tires?

We only sell new tires.

How do I know which tires are right for my vehicle?

We offer several easy ways to help you select your tires. First, you should determine the correct size which can be searched by vehicle make and model or by obtaining your tire size from either your existing tires or from your vehicle’s owner’s manual.  Tire information can also be found on the door jam and on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Of course, if searching by vehicle make and model, we always recommend that you verify this information before ordering since many vehicles will have optional trim packages that may offer different sizes. 

What is your return policy in the event that I change my mind?

We will accept returns of new, uninstalled products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Authorization Number.   You will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the items received did not match your original order.  Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be a issued a credit less shipping fees incurred and a 20% restocking fee.  Credits are issued within 5 business days in most cases. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal for purchases on our site.

How long does shipping take?

Tires are generally shipped within 48 hours of an order confirmation (excluding holidays and weekends).  The actual delivery time will vary according to your location, but since we ship from several warehouses in different states, we try to ship from the warehouse closest to you to minimize shipping time.

What is the warranty on my tires?

Once installed, the warranty is handled by the manufacturer. Since manufacturers have different warranties, you may wish to check on your particular tire prior to ordering.

Where can I have my tires installed?

Your tires should be installed by a reputable tire installer. If you need help locating an installer near you, feel free to contact us for help.

Can I pick up my tires?

Because we ship tires from different locations depending on stock, we are unable to allow for local pick up.

Can I order only one tire or do I need to purchase a full set?

You may purchase just one or as many tires needed.

What happens if the price changes after I complete my purchase?

Tire prices sometimes fluctuate which requires us to update our pricing accordingly.  Price adjustments can sometimes be made before orders are shipped so if you notice a price difference, you may contact us to see if we are able to adjust your price.  Once items have shipped, we are unable to adjust prices.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on your location, your tire order, and the availability of your tires.  You will receive a shipping quote at checkout.
